Our Process

How it Works

An Experienced Approach

Every home project — no matter how big or small — is an investment. Solid Rock Remodeling’s singular focus is helping you make the best investment possible.

Our time-tested process addresses the details up front, uncovering unexpected challenges before you sign a contract. With a clear project timeline and detailed understanding of the project, we can focus on high-quality workmanship and customer service.

01 An Idea

It all begins with an idea of how you would like to transform your space. Ask yourself:

  • How will this transformation enhance my lifestyle?
  • What is my budget for this project?
  • Am I willing to commit the time to see the project through?

With an idea of what you want to accomplish, contact Solid Rock Remodeling to get the project underway.

02 analysis

We begin with a phone call to ensure we are the best fit for your project. Then comes our site visit and analysis where we do more than simply listen to your ideas and jot down notes. As we examine the site, we take the time to ask questions so we can develop a clear strategy for the equipment, materials, and labor involved.

03 Project Evaluation

Our signature Project Evaluation process does much of the work up front, helping protect you from unforeseen expenses. We visit showrooms, scour websites, and meet with specialty contractors — all to give you a comprehensive project scope and accurate pricing. Obstacles are inevitable, but this time-tested process uncovers them as soon as possible.

Because our proposals are extensive and detailed, we require a nominal deposit to begin the Project Evaluation.

04 The agreement

Once all parties are satisfied with the scope of work and the budget required, we create a proposal that effectuates your initial idea. Together, we review all final details and sign the paperwork.

05 Work Begins

With an agreement in place, we get to work making your idea a reality. Throughout the actual work, you can expect the same attention to detail and excellent communication you experienced throughout project planning.
