The plan for this project was to remove and replace a sink in an existing kitchen countertop.
The counter is Corian and the built-in sink was showing some age. Additionally the left-hand bowl was too small to be practical. The homeowner wanted to replace it with a nice deep stainless steel double bowl Kohler sink and a Delta Faucet. Part of the project involved removing the existing food disposer. The Corian sink had to be cut-out precisely so as to match the necessary size for the new sink. Cutting the counter was extremely messy, so we set up plastic barriers to contain dust to the small work area around the counter. Afterwards we cleaned up thoroughly before taking down the dust barriers. This small one-day project gave the homeowner a more beautiful and more useful kitchen.
